-We guarantee against any defective products. A replacement will be provided for any defective or misrepresented products for the duration of 14 days. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 14 days upon receipt of the product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
-Any items purchased in error, or that are non-defective or un-damaged are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any misrepresented defective items shall be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
- Buyer is be responsible for return shipping costs to Elite Medical Instruments.
- Elite Medical Instruments reserves the right to inspect and review any items deemed defecti-All returned products (Replacements or Refund) need to be assigned a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be accepted or processed.
-To obtain a RMA #, please message us with a brief description about your item condition and/or service requested. We will work on resolving your particular case ASAP.
